Our 30-year expertise in the home building industry and as a General Contractor is an assurance that you are partnering with someone with extensive knowledge of the entirety of a home, on the forefront of building techniques, and has an integrity that's at the core of our company culture. As Remodel experts in Las Vegas, we work with our clients to envision new living spaces that are traditional, shabby-chic, classic contemporary, contemporary, eclectic, and anything in between.

We provide assistance through the entire process to ensure the job is done right and to your satisfaction; and if coupled with a FHA 203(k) loan, we can provide professional guidance, information, and references on that as well.

By partnering with KCP, you can be positive of four things:

  1. You will receive one-on-one treatment and if you choose, will work with our pre-screened, approved local designers. We also offer pre-fabricated remodeling packages custom assembled by one of our local designers to make coordinating your color, fixture, and finish choices simple. Packages are available for review in our showroom during any of our business hours.
  2. We take very seriously whom we allow into your home and therefore only allow long-standing, quality, and proven subcontractors to set foot in your home.
  3. You will be kept up-to-date on the schedule and progress of your job on a consistent basis by your Project Manager.
  4. Your remodel will be completed on-time and to KCP Properties' high quality standards.

At KCP Properties, we do whatever we can to give you the remodeling experience you deserve, avoid costly overruns, complete your project early or on-time, and ensure that you are completely satisfied with the end result.
