KCP Properties - a General Contractor - was incorporated by Kevin Parkinson in 2006 — as a subsidiary of Distinct Homes, a Utah home builder, and an extension of the former Las Vegas home builder and developer Stanpark Homes — from the genuine need for a General Contractor in the Las Vegas valley and surrounding Salt Lake City areas that's not only hard-working, honest, and knowledgeable, but also defines absolute quality and attention to detail as the primary goal.

Retaining our Custom Remodel and home building heritage, KCP Properties has over 30 years of experience in the construction industry in the Las Vegas and Salt Lake City areas and knows the ins-and-outs of a residential property. Not only that, but we also employ extremely knowledgeable experts in the field – in other words, our employees have a passion for what they do. Additionally, our goal at a diverse workforce is an integral part of our company.
